So, in the end you made a rather nice gaming machine instead of a HTPC? Good
looking specs, what CPU did you put in there? Regular Athlon 64 or an
X2?
Quote by LigerZSchnideri haven't

SLI system works; if what I think is correct, I can spread my gaming window from
one monitor to two!
Quote by tiki223These icons are statup

you do, then your programs will stop working.
No they're not neccesarily startup programs and deleting them won't stop your
programs from working. I think you're misunderstanding jtchen85.
He's talking about the list which states the behaviour of the taskbar icons;
Always shown, Always hidden, Hide when
inactive. I also had a bunch of unused icons in that list but cleaned it
a short while ago, I completely forgot how though. Probably through the registry.

A good watercooler is potentially better than most or all aircoolers, but it's
also a lot more expensive (at least twice the price) and a lot more hassle.
Installing regular coolers is usually pretty easy, but with watercooling you
can't afford any spillage and then there's the tubes, radiator and pump you have
to place in (or out) of your case.
I've never used watercooling though, air cooling is quite sufficient as my comp
won't even overclock that high (crappy fsb lock-ups).
Quote by Celcius It also helps if you use
the codec avalible in 2.0 PSPs and higher. Since you can usually get a higher
quality encode at smaller filesizes. Like I was able to get the Battlestar
Galactica Miniseries (3:02'34'') down to about 301mb using the AVC codec and I
can usually get anime to about 65-71mb and it'll still look spiffy...
=/
Exactly, those are way better sizes than 250+ Mb for one episode of anime. The
psp screen is small anyway, so you can be quite aggressive when it comes to
cutting quality. You won't notice it.
When that happens again, just hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete and close the process

I'm using the plain old 1024x786. It looks good, no odd layout problems as far
as I can see. I like how you faded the image behind the main blocks, adds a lot
of visibility.
Hey MistressPookyChan, your skin is the one I'm using it at the moment! And
exactly, my only gripe was the unreadability of that gray-blueish text (and
maybe the lack of a style around the Minitokyo, Browse, Forum etc. items at the
top). I don't think it can be changed though.. I know nothing about
skinbuilding, but all the skins I've seen use this font-colour.
Isn't the story that God created mankind with the ability to make their own

Quote by Jacedon't forget.. ddr2 ram only

a intel cpu..
Not really. Currently, ddr2 isn't much faster
than ddr1. And it is more expensive too! Sure, ddr2 will replace ddr1 in the
(near) future, but currently you're just wasting money for a minimal performance
gain. I wouldn't call that a very good reason.
Quote by MSGNoodleCentrino is Intel's

That's a pretty good
explanation MSGNoodle, because caramba it's rather difficult to explain
'processors' in a few sentences. Just one correction though, Centrino isn't the
name for Intel's mobile processor (That's the Pentium M or Celeron M). but the
name for a specific component-set on a laptop. Taken from Intel's site:
Intel Centrino mobile technology components are:
* The Intel Pentium M Processor
* The Intel 855 chipset
* The Intel PRO/Wireless 2200/2915 miniPCI network card
Oh, I didn't even know friends helped me improve my level. *doh* If I only had
know that sooner Well,
I haven't been 'friend-whored' myself, probably because I don't submit or post
much, but I do see a lot of favorite-whoring. People with no submissions, a few
guesbook entries and several thousand favorites! I don't even dignify that with
a 'thank you for the fav', even if it would help me 0.1% towards a higher
level.
Let's see what sheqel thinks up.
Quote by MyajeI am stunned that 90% of the
people who have responded here have
either:
A) Not read the "article" and are just responding to what the other
posts are saying.
or,
B) Have only read the first paragraph, and not further in where the
"article" truly shows how stupid it is.
(...) I hate to say it, but the joke is on all who fell for
this.
Exactly, it's rather well known and demonstrated clearly here that most people
immediately take up their pitchforks and start with the lynching before they
know their facts. It's sad actually that this joke can actually work, some
people are way too sensitive about this issue and show that they are, by
responding in this way, in no way better than the people who really want to ban
certain games.
How is "omg, I read one paragraph on how they want to ban my games, omg omg
*swear swear*" better than "Well now, I see a jiggly bosom in this
game, let's have congress ban it for lewdness"?
A sad thread, showing the worst of some MT-members.
Really people, learn to click a link or read an article before you raise hell.
That'll make this community a whole lot nicer.
edit: And of course, the reply right
after mine just proves again, people don't
read. Frustrating really.
Quote by ScribbleKittyI'd be pissed
if this was a REAL story, but its not. just one read through tells you that this
is a joke artical.
"Mario was unavaliable for comment"
"Tifa's breasts were unavailable for comment"
its not a real story, FF7 isnt baned.
Finally someone (and a few others) who
can read an article with a little intelligence left . Thank you for not
condemning the entire Minitokyo-community to stupidity. All
you guys who are suddenly shouting 'omg' and 'how can they do this' without even reading this article properly are just as bad as the supposed
banners of this game. Jeeez people, lighten up.
So to make things a little clearer, hopefully: IT'S A FAKE!

No, not quite. Depending on the application, NVIDIA SLI, using 2 GPUS, can deliver as much as 2x the performance of a single GPU configuration for unparalleled gaming experiences. Usually this means a nice boost in fps in most games, although double the performance is hardly ever reached.

Not sluggish here either. Using 1.07 and everything goes smooth as before.

Right, okay. It's about sex. Thank you Silvandragon for being clear on that
So the question is.. how often am I having sex and how fast with someone I just met? Uhmm.. none of your business cold-cabin. Silliest topic ever.
I still have no clue what you're talking about. Can you please use proper English to explain what it is in particular that you want to know?
